These websites provide information about None Prods, a Barcelona-based promoter of extreme music concerts, and the Towards None festival: upcoming shows, artists, ticket sales and how to get in touch.

Access to the websites is free and makes you a user. You agree to use the content appropriately, in line with the law and this notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm None Prods or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and other content belonging to None Prods are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without prior permission.

Band and artist names, logos, photos and works belong to their respective owners and are shown only to promote their performances.

Tickets are sold through external ticketing platforms. Purchases are governed by each platform's terms, and the platform is responsible for the payment process and for the data the buyer provides to it.

Dates, times and line-ups may change for reasons beyond None Prods' control. Any relevant change will be announced through our usual channels.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law provides for a different venue.
